    Thank you.

There are a few bunch of campus AP's struck in reboot loop after upgrading image on the controller.

To check the console of the AP, what is going on.

looking to see if possible to remotely get on the console by telnet or ssh or get to the apboot prompt by ssh or telnet to the AP.

Can you check the following ?

    - show log system all | include <apmac>

    - show ap debug system-status <apname>

    - show ap database ( any flags)

    - logging level debugging ap-debug <apname> and then do a show log all | include <apmac>

What did you upgrade to ? and what was the previous AOS ?

Actually the setup was a master and local which was on 6.1.2.7. A third local controller was added to the system which was on 6.1.3.1.

Deciding all the controllers have to be on the same version of code. All three controllers were upgraded to 6.1.3.8.

A few bunch of AP's got struck on reboot loop. The system logs is filled with AP upgrade image failed.

The AP's which are in reboot loop; are seen as down from the controller. Will check to see if debugging the AP would give any useful data to recover the AP from the reboot loop.

Are you using LMS primary/backup for your failover/redundancy ? or VRRP ?
