cannot back up flash on the primary wlc

    Hello Experts,

     

    i am trying to backup flash on aruba 7030 wlc and it gives me an error message as below

     

    #backup flash
    Please wait while we tar relevant files from flash...
    Error backing up DBs. May have run out of space

     

    however it has lots of space on the flash

    any ideas how to fix this ?

    See if there is a crash file.  Type "tar crash".  If there is, erase the crash.tar file.
