    Hi,

Captive portal not authenticating with AD (NPS configured with all policies). All other SSIDS are authenticating in AD except captive portal. PAP is selected.aaa profile configured with .1x server group (RADIUS + Local Database). Any more config required ?. Local database is working.

    Thanks

    mgeorge,

Can you look into the event viewer on the RADIUS server to check the reason why the authentication is failing?

Can you check if the RADIUS requests are not dropped on the controller for the user role?

do you mean that in the server group you defined both Radius and Local ? which one is positioned first ?

Also make sure that you have "fail through" enabled on that server group.
