    I need to know if there is a way, by cli or GUI to put down temporaly a radio on an ap.

    In the AP Configuration --> AP Specific screen on the UI, you can assign a radio profile to be an Air Monitor effectively "downing" the access for users on that band for a particular AP within a group.
