    Hi All

    We have IAP-175 and mesh link established between two IAP-175.

    Is it possible to only WiFi clients on the mesh point getting connected only to 802.11g band and not to 802.11a band?

    Because we see that some clients getting connected to 802.11 a band instead of 802.11g band.

    You have to make the Virtual AP in that AP-Group "g-only" for that WLAN.

    Thank you for your reply.

     

    Virtual AP is applicable only for the controller. I assume that in IAP we have to select only "a band" instead of rfband all under SSID profile. Am i right? If we do that still mesh lin wil be working on "a" band. Am i right?
