question about speed of guns connecting

    we have a 3600 controller with ap104 connecting to it. the issue we are having is my rf guns are taking like 5 - 10 minutes to connect on a reboot. 

    gun models are symbol 9060 and symbol 9090 handhelds. 

    i am just curious if there is a special setting i need to do on the ap itself. 

    i have the 5 GHz Antenna Gain (dBi) set to 6 and 2.4 GHz Antenna Gain (dBi) set to 3 like i was told to do.
