    Hi I am setting up a net controller with VIA for a costumer. But I am not able to get VIA working. Just getting this error on the client:

    "Server not have valid DNS configuration" and "Failed to establish secure session"

    Controller running version 6.1.3.4 and Via version 2.1.0.1.34126.

    Anyone know what this might be?

    User has to configure DNS IP under Confiugration->VPN Services->IPSEC tab in web UI of the controller. Without the DNS server information, VIA cannot resolve the DNS queries for tunneled networks. 

     

    So it is enforced on VIA client side if this is not configured VIA will not establish tunnel.
