We just added a named VLAN with four VLANs in the VAP of our guest network. In the GUI and CLI  if I search on a client MAC address it shows two different IP addresses from different VLANs in the named VLAN. Not sure why this is happening. Any ideas?

You should turn on user debugging to see why.  You could also prevent that from happening by turning on AAA user fast-age:  http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Command-of-the-Day/COTD-aaa-user-fast-age/m-p/4098/highlight/true#M170
