    If the main link or router goes down, What happen with the services on a RAP or all of these goes down also?

    If you have a wlan whose rap mode is persistent, it will stay up.

    In the ArubaOS user guide, there is a chapter that details how to configure it as well as forwarding typed supported.

    If you are using PSK you can use always and the RAP will boot even without connection to the controller
