    Charts not displying inside folders.

    Home page you can see the clients and usage graphs.

    Folder page there is " No Data Available"

    Clients page the graphs are displaying.

    We have some problems with charts also in Airwave, specifically Web Reputations and Web Categories under AppRF are both showing "No data available". After reporting the issue to support we have been told that this is a known problem and something engineering is working on (defect # DE25564 ). It is scheduled to be fixed in the 8.3 release.

    I had the problem in 8.2.3 and just upgraded to 8.2.3.1 and the problem still present!

     

    When 8.3 is supposed to go out?

    Hi ,

     

    Could you share screen shots to better understand and also may I know are you monitoring IAPs or controllers?

     

    Proivde controller/IAP model and firmware version.
