How to collect tech-support files on IntroSpect Analyzer?
Tech Support takes a snippet of basic logs from Analyzer and Cluster. This helps in troubleshooting most of the issues related with IntroSpect. We would recommend to have this attached to any Support Cases or while Contacting IntroSpect Support.
To get this file you need to navigate Menu > System Status > Support > Tech Support > Generate Tech Support File.
Once you click on "Generate Tech Support File", the file will be found under Menu > Tools > Downloads > Click on the Download icon for Tech Support Data to your machine.
You can also run the command tech-support on Analyzer cli to create a tech-support file under /tmp with timestamp and collect it from that location.
