After you’ve register for your Airheads Social account, an email titled “Welcome to Airheads!” is automatically sent to your inbox. Please do not overlook this confirmation email!
By clicking on the email address verification link, you will unlock the ability to use our community’s subscription feature. If you can’t remember whether or not you’ve verified your email, simply follow these steps to check your user profile:
- Click on the “My Settings” link (upper right hand corner of the screen)
- Click on the “Email” sub-tab.
- Your email verification status is displayed
If your email address is not verified, you can click on “Send me the confirmation email again” to receive another verification email:
Once you’ve received this email, click on the included URL to verify your account email address. If you do not receive the verification email within 5 minutes, check your junk mail folder and make sure that communitysupport@arubanetworks.com is added to your spam filter’s allowed list.
