IMC standard Edition ( Trail version)

    Hello Support,

     

    I have the following error when i try to run the IMC (standard). Please advise what is the course of action so that i can run this program.

     

    I downloaded the trail version from the HP website.

    Error Msg

     

    Failed to load components during iMC start up:

    Component name:iMC Platform - Report Manager Reason:Execute db script "1_iMC-REPORT_install_script.bat" of report view error.

    Remedy:Please contact system administrator.

    I'm not sure but it might be related to your user rights, try to run the install.bat as admin and see

    Have no-one figured that out? Have same problem. Plus imcvlandm.exe and imcvnmdm.exe wont't start too.

    Unknown error occured and I don't have anything where to start.

     

    If I'm to going to buy that expensive program then I wan't it can help me more with my problems!

     

    Description  iMC proccess "imcvnmdm.exe" in NMS server(127.0.0.1) Core down.    Alarm Cause  iMC Process Core down. The reason can be: 1. Database exception. 2.Port conflict.      Remediation Suggestion

    1. Restart the iMC Server. 2. Stop the other proccess that use the same port.
