    Aruba ClearPass Onguard Agent download page redirection not happening as expected ,

    when user connects to SSID Client authenticates using 802.1X Authentication. ClearPass processes the

    authentication request and assigns initial role and VLAN. After that Initial role triggers from Aruba Controller

    because this Initial Role is created on Aruba Controller and the Initial role configured with OnGuard Agent download page URL and mapped with ClearPass.

    In this case on User’s system that page is not opening.

    Do you have an ip assign under VLAN ?

    Can you share the ACLs under the user-role?
