IAP-225 LAG Failed when se to Preferred Master

    Hello,

    Looking for some answers, I have two IAP's one is 225 the other is 215, the cluster sets the preferred master to 215 I tried to set the 225 as the preferred master but the LAG fails and only one port remains active.

    I switch off the preferred master and the master goes back to 215 and the LAG on the 225 is restored.

    The firmware running is;
    8.6.0.2_73853 (Digitally Signed - Production Build)

    What do you see when you do a "show lacp status" on the IAP when it is the VC?

    I could be wrong, but maybe its because the 215 only has one interface. Do you have any 225s or other 2 interface APs you could add in its place and see if the LAGs start working again?

    I don't have another 225, but it seems to be the case that the VC is lowering its capability when a lesser model joins.
