Cloud Guest feature not working

    Hello,

    I am trying to set up a Cloud Guest based authentication for my Guest SSID. I have the exact same configuration in all my GUEST SSIDs. However, only one of them works. I have checked the configuration summary and here is what I have found:


    **Working:


    ** Not Working:



    I am not able to find these parameters and change them to match the working one, I checked many times and I have the exact same config. Please note that both SSIDs are using the same Splash page.

    Hello,

    Still not sure why these options are different but I have found the issue. Port 2083 needs to be opened on the firewall in order to have Cloud Guest working properly:

    That's interesting, by default, the TCP port 2083 is assigned for RadSec but i thought if it was blocked it would revert back to 443.
