IAP VPN Virtual Controller

    Hi, 

    Om trying to set up a IAP vpn to a Virtual controller managed in Aruba Central. 
    The accesspoint is also Central managed but placed in a different account than the Virtual Controller.

    The vpn won't be established.
    The log shows "User Authentication failed. username=xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx" 

    I have added the mac address to whitelist-db rap. Doesn't help.

    Any ideas?

    Your controller acting as VPN head-end, should be running a SD-WAN firmware and should be in the same Aruba Central account as that of your IAPs.
    otherwise it will not work.

    Give a try to add it to trusted branch db...

    On the controler,
    iap trusted-branch-db add mac-address xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx
