Are those SSIDs tie to your internal RADIUS server?
Is the expectation that internal should be reached from the remote site?
if the answer is yes, then you will need to build a tunnel back to your campus using IAP-VPN
your controllers will act as the VPNC to terminate those tunnels , somewhat similar to the way RAPs work
here's the guide:

Subject: Aruba Central and Remote Location
Morning - we recently migrated away from controller-based to Aruba Central and have had an issue that we cannot seem to get a resolution for at this time. Seems like it would be simple but apparently it is not. We are broadcasting 3 SSIDs on campus and al is working well but we also need to broadcast these same 3 SSIDS at the President's House which is across the street. We have no network connectivity to the house from campus. President's house has it's own ISP for internet. We install 5 access points there and they seem to connect to Aruba Central but president cannot connect to any SSIDs. We have been told we need a controller for this or a VPN tunnel or this and that and no one seems to have a good solution so I am hoping one of you will. Thank you
