I am assuming that the existing cluster does not have IAP-215s
if thats the case then you need to upgrade/downgrade the firmware on the IAP-215s to match the cluster
also note that the existing cluster should also be US regulatory domain same as your iap-215-us
yes autojoin is enable when you factory default. and you can factory default an IAP by pressing reset button with a paper clip while you are powering up the AP, you need to hold it for few sec and then release the paper clip.

I have two new iap-215-us accesspoints to add to an existing virtual controller. With the system set to disable auto join is the only way I see the MAC address of the new access points and they are RED. If I enable Auto join the new access points are no where to be found. Question #1 is auto join enable on the device if a FACTORY RESET is done? Question #2 how do you factory reset these iap-215-us devices?
