You will need to install a trusted HTTPS certificate on your Instant APs in order to support Guest.
Details here. But your Aruba partner or Aruba support would be able to assist you as well as this is something quite basic.
If your APs are managed by Central, you can push the 'aruba_default' trusted certificate from there.

Subject: Portail captif externe
Hello,
We have set up an external captive portal based on the smartwifi solution.
Everything works correctly but when we connect, the redirection is normally done to "securelogin.arubanetwork.com/cgi-bin/login" but except that this page is in HTTP and HTTPS and so the browser raises a security alert.
Is it possible on the terminal to force HTTPS?
Thank you.
