Could it be that you have different regulatory domain APs? Like AP-303H-RW and IAP-303-US? Or may one of them be different branded (not Aruba branded)? You cannot mix those for legal reasons, and BTW you are in many countries not even allowed to possess an AP from a different regulatory domain.
From the part numbers, as Onno suggests, you can also find that out if the labels on the AP are not clear.
