Unable to update firmware - No response from server

    Hi There,

    We have few Aruba IAP 315 AP installed and we are trying to update the firmware but we get a message "No response from Server". When I check the certificate it says it is expired by Sep 2020 is this is the reason why it is not taking update? if yes where do I get the new certificate to update?

    My current version of these device is 6.5.4.12_68901

    Hi,

    You can manually upload the firmware trough the webinterface of the VC. You can download it trough ASP.
