    Hello Airheads,

I have a problem with 4 Aruba AP 387 for a directional wifi link.
My idea was to build 2 meshes on the left and switch off one route using a spanning tree. Unfortunately, this does not really work. Spanning Tree switches off a switch port inter the mesh point, but unfortunately I can only reach the 1st AP (mesh portal) via the active route. From the 1st AP, however, I can connect to the remaining devices via ssh.

Have any of you ever had something like this happen?

    many thanks

    Phillip

if you want to provide link redundancy and/or load-balancing between these pairs of AP-397, you could use have each pair on their own routed VLANs and do equal cost multipath routing over them. Both mesh links need to be on their own separate channels.
