Failed to uprade IAP 325 to 8.4 firmware

    Hi all,
    I upgraded my IAP325 from 6.5.X to 8.4 but it show:

    .......
    Bytes transferred = 20614760 (13a8e68 hex)

    Image is signed; verifying checksum... passed
    Signer Cert OK
    Policy Cert OK
    RSA signature verified.

    Spoiler
    Image is too big; (20614760 > 14680064)
    **** ERROR: upgrade failed ****.
    .......
    I found this post introduce download and upgrade apboot.     it could be the APboot image that is loaded on a very small number AP-325s.
    Best is to open a TAC case and they will help you with it.
