New AP-534 WAPs installed in InstantOn controllerless configuration.

All WAPs are assigned a static IP.  No VLANs.

All wireless devices connecting to the WAPs are assigned static IPs.

We are not able to ping the wireless devices connected to the WAPs with their assigned IP address.

AngryIP scanner set to check all IPs (flat network) simply does not see any of the wirelessly connected devices.

Did we misconfigure something in the APs?

On your WLAN, do you have your Client IP assignment set to "Instant AP Assigned" or "External DHCP Server" ? Also is Client VLAN assignment set to "Native VLAN" ?

If your using Instant AP assigned, your traffic would be NATed to the AP IP.
