First of all: Versions prior to 8.7.1.1 had this confirmed 802.11r Broadcast/Multicast issue (AOS-205932), this is not a reintroduction of it.

With Aruba 515 and 503H on 8.7.1.3 and 8.8.8.0 the mentioned European Samsung phones disconnect or can't transfer any more data in somewhat regular intervals maybe twice per hour. It works again after 30 seconds or a reconnection, very annoying. This may have to do with this weird behaviour when power saving (screenshot from 8.7.1.1 working correctly, does not show up like this with 8.7.1.2 or 8.8.8.0).
I also experienced some occasional interruptions with Intel AX200 connecting to the mentioned WiFi 6 AP on 8.7.1.2 or 8.8.0.0 which also were gone after downgrading to 8.7.1.1.

The issue did not occur with 802.11ac devices at all.

The log did not show any significant differences.

I am a personal user, so I apparently can't purchase a service contract for my 4 AP even if I wanted to spend the money, right?

    Hi LTE_MAX,

The 802.11ax is still in progress and not a standardization, link. There are also a lot of client driver issues arround at the moment.

    Three things you could try:
    • Update your client drivers to the latest version, for example the ax200 chipset get updates every month.
    • Use a conservative firmware release, what is currently ArubaOS 8.5.0.13 at the moment.
    • Disable the HE SSID, until there is beter client driver support.

8.7.1.1 is working good enough for me, newer and older versions aren't.

Samsung phones and laptops with Intel AX200 are working almost perfectly with 8.8.0.1 despite no mention of any matching issue in the changelog.

FYI @mkk: Disabling high efficiency didn't help, no conservative firmware for my setup did exist.
