I have seen similar, but just with the serial (USB) console. When using SSH, this doesn't seem to be an issue.
Can you open a TAC case to get this verified?

Subject: AOS-CX Terminal console length 80 characters limit
I am relatively new to AOS-CX and I am encountering a problem when console'd into the switch with line wrapping. I have not found a command to make any adjustments to the terminal length which i believe is default 80 characters. See picture of what I am referring to.
As you can see with the sample text, it begins to wrap at 80 characters.
I've looked through the CLI Guide (10.08 CLI guide) and have not found any command to modify this default behavior.
Any suggestions?
FYI...I am using both SecureCRT and Putty.
Thank you.
