Is it possible to get information about the network parameters that are employed by theses modules (airMatch/ClientMAtch) via API? 

For example, how are the users grouped for 802.11ax in downlink / uplink? Can be configured externally?

I have been revieweing the document "RF and Roaming Optimization for Aruba 802.11ac Networks", and I have seen that there are features that can be configured for ARM, ClientMatch. Furthermore, I have seen another document about IoT (sorry I do not remember the title) that a 3rd party can interact witht he Aruba infrastructure via nbapi, sbapi…  

I was wondering if with 802.11ax exist more functionalities that can be tunned, or in contrast, it is not possible. 

I would say that this information should be obtained (if it possible) from the MM because if I am not missunderstood, all that kind of information is centralized there.
