Noticed CPPM is profiling iPhones running iOS 14.x as macOS computers.

    Device Category  Computer
    Device OS Family  Apple Mac
    Device Name  Mac OS X

    Host MAC Vendor: Apple, Inc.
Host User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 14_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Mobile/15E148

    We're still on version 6.7.14
Endpoint Profile Fingerprints is version 2.732

Any ideas? Open TAC?  We are planning on upgrading to 6.9 in the next few weeks...

Upgrading to a new version may help, as if I remember correctly starting 6.8 ClearPass can take into account MAC ranges as well. Also, make sure your fingerprint updates are up-to-date, and you can manually override the fingerprints to resolve this in your environment.

TAC can probably tell you if an upgrade will fix this, or how to improve the fingerprinting in other ways.
