CPPM Gui not working

    I have a lab environment on eve-ng with working licenses for cppm (1 year license) and the gui suddenly does not work, i can log into the console fine. Following is what i get for the cmd:

    [appadmin@Clearpass-1]# service status all
    ERROR:Tips.Util:DB connection to host with IP= failed.
    Reason - could not connect to server: No such file or directory
    Is the server running locally and accepting
    connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

    Policy server [ cpass-policy-server ] is stopped
    TACACS server [ cpass-tacacs-server ] is stopped
    Radius server [ cpass-radius-server ] is stopped
    Async DB write service [ cpass-dbwrite-server ] is running
    DB replication service [ cpass-replication ] is stopped
    DB change notification server [ cpass-dbcn-server ] is running
    System monitor service [ cpass-sysmon-server ] is running
    System auxiliary service [ cpass-system-auxiliary-server ] is running
    Admin server [ cpass-admin-server ] is running
    Async netd service [ cpass-async-netd ] is running
    Zone cache [ cpass-zone-cache-server ] is running
    Domain Server [ cpass-domain-server@CPPM-TEST ] is running
    Stats collection service [ cpass-statsd-server ] is running
    Stats aggregation service [ cpass-carbon-server ] is running
    Ingress logger service [ cpass-igslogger-server ] is stopped
    Ingress logrepo service [ cpass-igslogrepo-server ] is stopped
    RadSec Service [ cpass-radsec ] is running
    AirGroup notification service [ airgroup-workqueue ] is running
    ClearPass Guest background service [ cpg-background ] is running
    ClearPass Guest cache [ cpg-redis-cache ] is running
    Extensions service [ cpass-extensions ] is running
    Micros Fidelio FIAS [ fias-server ] is running
    ClearPass Virtual IP service [ cpass-vip ] is stopped
    ClearPass IPsec service [ cpass-ipsec ] is running

    As you can see some of the services are stopped, i tried to start/restart them manually but it doesn't work.
    Gui was working fine up until a few days back when i was configuring tacacs+ configuration with cisco routers and switches and creating profiles, etc on the cppm gui then went to bed for the day and tried to access gui the next day at home after work and it no longer works anymore. Don't know what other troubleshooting steps i need to follow, please help.

    Does not look like something that I have seen in the past. Please reach out to Aruba TAC. It's unlikely that you can resolve this on your own. Also, note that eve-ng does not sound like a supported hypervisor for ClearPass.

    That sucks, so im guessing the only supported hypervisor is VMware ESXi? just hate using ESXi🙁
    Anyways will make sure to update in case i get it to work, probably will involve tac or something. Thank You.

    No, ClearPass supports ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V as hypervisor. Check the installation guide.

    In addition, there are hardware appliances and you can run in AWS or Azure.

    Hi,

    I have Clearpass on EVE-NG hosted as a lab environment with multiple vendor equipment. It works pefectly fine for me.
