6.9.7 HF1 Error 9002

    Hello-

    Last week we updated from 6.9.6 to 6.9.7 HF1 in order to address the security vulnerabilities. 
    Since then we are observing the following error  across all appliances consistently in batches of 60 or 70 at a time. While authentications are occurring end users primarily chromebook users are experiencing disconnects or longer connect times. Got a ticket open with TAC.

    9002
    Error Category:
    RADIUS protocol
    Error Message:
    Request timed out
     Alerts for this Request 
    RADIUS Client did not complete EAP transaction

    Probably will not help you, but ClearPass 6.9.8 was released today: https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ClearPass/CP_ReleaseNotes_6.9.8/Default.htm#AboutRelease/Overview_Intro.htm

    I checked in the support system and could not find similar reports, so please escalate the issue with TAC if you don't get a prompt response.
