I'm trying to figure out if sub-interfaces work in the simulator (I can't get them to work) and from my searching I'm getting conflicting answers. The release notes for version 10.08 shows IP sub-interface as an enhancement for that release:
However a video I found on the Airheads youtube channel about sub-interfaces seems to indicate that it's not supported:
When I do a "show capacities subinterface" on any of my virtual switches, I get "No capacities found with given filter." I am running version 10.0.9

Can anyone clarify if sub-interfaces should work in the simulator?

    Hi,
    I tested sub-interfaces in 10.08 and 10.09 and they don't work.
Give me a few days to test 10.10.
    Regards, Ruben.

    Thanks

I tried it in 10.10 also and couldn't get it to work but I may be doing something wrong as well. I wanted to make sure it's actually possible before I spend too much more time troubleshooting my config

I just tested sub-interfaces with 10.10.1000 and you can configure them, but they do not work.

I just spent a couple of hours figuring this out for myself before stumbling across this post. It would be nice is Aruba could include this in their release notes!
