    I have updated two of several HPE OfficeConnect 1820 Switches with the newest Firmware PT.02.15 (from PT.02.12).
    Both of them no longer provide HTTP(S) services, since the update, and thus are no longer manageable.
    • The switches still reply to pings
    • Port scans on the Switch IP address show no open ports at all.
    • Besides that, they still appeared to work normally, according to their configurations.
    Initially both still worked, besides the fact that we can't change their configuration.

    About 36 hours after the update one of them (J9980A) stopped working:
    • The switches still reply to pings
    • Ethernet ports itself still work, attached devices show their connection as active, port LEDs flash green on traffic
    • Other switches still show them as LLDP remote devices with their correct IP address
    • But nothing is reachable besides that.
    • Several restarts and factory resets didn't change anything.
    Without a working web interface, I have no way of reverting the update or diagnose the problem.I just hope the other one already updated (J9979A) keeps working.

    There are no VLANS configured.
