HPE OfficeConnect 1620 - VLAN Configuration

    Dear all,

    perhaps someone is able to help me with my issue.
    I own a HPE OfficeConnect Switch JG914A and I am unable to create VLAN interfaces due to the following error message

    The number of vlan interfaces exceeded the maximum
    There's only 1 VLAN created

    I wonder how I can get this issue fixed.

    This seems to be a limitation which is also documented in the User Guide

    Page 104.
    ..
    As for VLAN interfaces, only VLAN-interface 1 is supported by the switch, and the VLAN-interface cannot be modified.

    thanks for your help. Although I read the user guide I haven't seen this helpful hint. 

    This device seems to be similar to the OfficeConnect Switch 1920 but with limited features.
