I am seeing "High collision or drop rate: in all of my switch logs every few hours.
I have verified the ports associated with these logs are either end devices running at 100Mpbs or fiber uplinks running at 1Gpbs to another switch.
We have Spanning Tree with BPDU-protect enabled on all edge ports.
I have provided both logs and interface stats for two of the ports.
I5 is a Shortel phone
B23 is a Fiber uplink from switch 10.11.0.1 to switch 10.11.0.11

Any advice on how to troubleshoot?
