    Hi

Was going to start working with User Access in our IMC 7.3 (E0705P10) running on Windows Server 2019. Got a hunch that something is not right. Looked into the Intelligent Deployment Monitoring Agent and could not find User Access Manager, only Guest Access Manager and User Selfservice Management plus other modules that follow a standard installation (I did not istall this one).

Would appreciate an advice how to proceed with installing the missing module? COuld not find any relevant information on support pages nor in the deployment documentation.

    Cheers

    Hello Timo,

The IMC Platform only includes the components you mentioned (Self-service and Guest Access). User Access or "UAM" Module is an optional module that used to be purchased separately, however this went end-of-sale a few years ago. Aruba ClearPass is the solution you should check out for all your network/user access management needs.
