As of now there is no possibility to manually insert new rows into that view.
But I like the idea!
Depending on Authentication you will se here MAC, Device Name or Authenticated User.
The intension of that list is to keep an eye on Clients where you a kind of long term Troubleshooting so that you have them quick in touch if anything strange happens.

If you are an Aruba Partner you can file an Request For Enhancement (RFE) here - https://innovate.arubanetworks.com/ otherwise you have to ask your Aruba Partner to do so.
To my investigation no such RFE exist as of today.

So, displayed like this, its hard to distinguish one client from the next.  
I add descriptive info (user, device, location) in the "Notes" field, but that's not showing above, in the list view. (I have to click on each to get to the Notes info)

Any suggestions on how to improve the UI here?

Thanks, I don't believe my org are Aruba partners (my credentials failed). 

Is that something I could ask you to forward to the "Enhancement" team?
