Hello Tzvika, as ToR the Aruba 6300M (or 6300F) and Aruba 2930M (or 2930F) Switch series don't support front-plane Ethernet ports running at 10Gbps like, as example, the HPE FlexFabric 5940 (or the newer HPE 5944). I believe the HPE FlexFabric 5945 Switch series hasn't a model
natively supporting front-plane 10GbE copper ports.
Despite they are all really
overkill for just connecting few RJ45 ports (12 or 24, it doesn't matter) at 10Gbps speed, these could fit your requirements:

HPE FlexFabric 5710 24XGT 6QS+/2QS28 Switch (JL689A) <- pretty reasonable! 24 XGT portsHPE FlexFabric 5940 48XGT 6QSFP+ Switch (JH394A) <- probably overkill (it requires PS units and Fans kit)HPE FlexFabric 5944 48XGT 6QSFP28 Switch (JL836A) <- probably overkill (it requires PS units and Fans kit)In any case you have to consider that having front-plane ports running at 10Gbps (SFP+ or XGT, it doesn't matter) requires having some ports (erroneously referenced as "uplink" ports) running at ever higher speeds (40Gbps or 100Gbps)...so it's quite normal to see 24/48x10Gbps + 4/6x40/100Gbps...that's to say that you need to pay attention how then you (re)connect your ToR switch to your Core.
Edit: I forgot to mention the HPE OfficeConnect 1950 Switch series (it's positioned as low/mid end compared to the above listed switch series), within that series the HPE OfficeConnect 1950 12XGT 4SFP+ Switch (JH295A) model provides exactly twelve
1/10GBASE-T ports and additional four SFP+ ports to be used as uplinks. If 12 ports are not enough you could always plan to purchase two and create an IRF cluster and distribute servers' links to both switches halving their usage. I'm not sure this recommendation fits your needs but it is just a possible path.
