We recently moved to Aruba Central from our controller and some of our new IAPs are not showing up in Central.  One location had 3 new IAPs and one appeared and is now the VC but the other two did not even through the switchports are configured identical and all three have received an IP address from DHCP servers.  We have over 200 access points moved to Central but this seems to be an issue on a few locations.  Thank you for any help.

    Hi,

So these devices are listed in your inventory in Central? Are they licensed in Central? Are they placed in a group?

Have you also ensured that the AP in question is assigned a Subscription?

    Hi,

Is the device assigned to a group? Did you try to unsubscribe the device and then assign the license again?

    Hi David,

When you say, that you have multiple IAP's at that location and only one is connecting to central. Does the one connecting to central forms a cluster with the other IAP's?

Removing the subscription from the IAP's and assign it again sometimes solves those issues as well.

You can also select each device that has clustered and then change from swarm to standalone, and then reboot them. Then they will not cluster.
