Subject: User Experience Insight : Letsencrypt certificate expired
Hi all,
I have issue with our UXI sensor that cannot connect to a website using Letsencrypt certificate.
I assume is caused by the LetsEncrypt root certificate "DST Root CA X3" that has expired last week :
extract from UXI :
curl -4 -s -S -v -L --max-time 15 --user-agent 'Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 11.0; rv:83.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/83.0' --trace-time --output /dev/null 'https://webapp.zyx:443'
[..]
07:20:35.480210 * SSLv3, TLS alert, Client hello (1):07:20:35.480258 } [data not shown]curl: (60) SSL certificate problem: certificate has expiredMore details here: http://curl.haxx.se/docs/sslcerts.html
and then
HTTPSConnectionPool(host='webapp.xyz', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: / (Caused by SSLError(SSLError(1, u'[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:581)'),))
Does anyone know if an update has been already push (and we didn't receive it) or if is it plann ?
Thank you
