Help needed to add existing switch Central

    Hi everyone,

    I have some new Aruba Switches that are already configured. However, I don't get it to work to add my switch now in Aruba Central.
    Subscription is OK, switch does get an activation key (show activate provision), but on the command 'show aruba-central' everything stays 'empty'.
    What am I missing? I think I need some provisioning rule but can't find anything in Central itself. 
    Any help would be really appreciated!

    Hi Cedric,

    Does the switch has a subscription in central? If so, you can try to remove the subscription and add it again. Sometimes this triggers activate to move the switch into the folder, which will provide central information to the switch.
