    Hi Guys,

     

    As the titlle said, we tried to upgrade the controller 7010 above to latest general release version.

    Unfortunately, this controller 7010 is running unknown version which is 6.4.0.0-grappa - build 42199?? and it stopped us from upgrading the firmware.

     

    Can someone help in this issue please?

    What were you trying to upgrade to ?

    Do you have the same version installed in each partition?

    upgrade to 6.4.3.7 from the 6.4.0.0 grappa version.

     

    I just found out that this unit has been loaded with 72xx image instead somehow ..

    I've format the flash in cpboot level but it still only accept 72xx image..

    any idea?

    You probably need to contact TAC to rememdy your issue.  That looks like a test image on the controller.
