    Hi,

We have some issues with two wifi APs at the moment. We have wireless set up on two floors with total 8 wifi APs in our area. It was working fine without issues at beginning but now we have issues with two wifi APs.

All other 6 areas are working fine but as soon as the device connects to areas where two APs are located, it drops the signal and continuously connect and disconnect by itself. It sometimes connected but it is disconnected again less than a minute.

It is not connecting to any SSIDs and has got the same issue with all other devices except for the laptops.

We have tested it and it works fine on laptops but happens to 4 different mobile phones. (2 iPhone and 2 Android phones)

Do you have any idea what makes differences between mobile phone and laptop? Interestingly, it is not happening in any other areas and all has been configured the same. Only the difference is name of the AP.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Damian

With this amount of information, it will be hard to get a solution. It's probably best to reach out to your Aruba partner or Aruba TAC support and inspect the configuration, logs, etc.
