Try to upgrade to 8.6.0.9 or 8.6.0.15 (or at least something more recent than a .0.0 version). There were some low-level AP firmware bugs in early 8.6 releases that were fixed in recent versions and may cause unpredictable connectivity like you see.
As well, upgrading the wireless drivers on your clients may resolve the issue. Especially with 'corporate Windows images' or vendor drivers (like HP, Lenovo, Dell, etc) it may be that you have just a bad driver that causes issues.
What RADIUS server do you use? You can check on the RADIUS side as well if you see strange things.

Subject: Connectivity prolems with error message --- 6105 - deauth after EAPOL key exchange sequence
Hello!
We are running ArubaOS 8.6.0.0 on our Controllers, and WPA2 Enterprise - PEAP.
In recent weeks several clients have been having sporadic problems with connecting to the SSID, and succeed after10-15 minutes and several attempts whereby the computer is restarted, or the network card is disabled and enabled.
The following error messages appear continuously in the Windows EvenvtViewer log.
- 6105 - deauth after EAPOL key exchange sequence
- 7021 - Connection telemetry fields and analysis usage
We have noticed that this commonly occurs where we have AP-205 access points.
What could be the cause of this issue?
