It could be incorrect DNS servers that users have configured. It could also be that users have VPN configured that also introduces a DNS entry that is also looked up, which of course would not work in your environment. I would only focus on DNS servers configured in your infrastructure.

Hi everyone,
I'm curious about the Clarity section in Airwave that reports back on DNS. Today we have over a dozen DNS servers showing up but we only use (officially) a handful of them. Are these DNS servers something that users have manually configured on their devices or is it users trying to test name resolutions using other servers (ex. nslookup command on their laptop)?
