Aruba Controller as firewall

    Hi

    A customer would like to use the 7005 as a firewall for their wired environment
    as well as to  VPN concentrator  using the VIA client.

    Standard topology, - it will sit  inline between the LAN core switch and ISP router

    Wanted to confirm what licenses would be required?

    PEF and PEFV
    or just PEFV?

    Also would we need a AP license to activate the above?

    you need at least 1x LIC-PEF for the policy based firewall and LIC-VIA which is per user license
