Hi 

I am trying to apply bandwidth contract per user at AOS 8.6.0.8 standalone controller 

for example if i assign 3 Mbits per user for download and the same for upload 

is this traffic shaper role will be applied on both internal and external traffic ?

i mean internal which is traffic between users on same subnet , external is the outside traffic
