Airwave client tracking

    Dear Team,

    We have AP377 and (AP374 with 5 dbi antenna total iap is 41 in a cluster. we are trying to track our client through airwave AMP-8.2.12.0-x86_64.

    Some client device  "Bluebird" is  RE-ASSOCIATION when roaming is not connected by receiving ASSOC-REJECT from AP.


    how can i trace/rectify the issue of client disconnection from iap

    please help that which iap / airwave logs can identify that the issue is on bluebird device or aruba iap.
