    I would like to knwo if it's possible to let access customer to Aruba Central to change his SSID password itself ?
    In role and users ?

    You would have to give the user readwrite access to allow that. See user role guide here: https://help.central.arubanetworks.com/2.5.3/documentation/online_help/content/nms/user-mgmt/user-roles.htm
