Is it possible to MESH between an Aruba AP 515 and a RAP 303HR ? Or between 2 RAPs 303HR to have copper MESH connectivity? Are there any Wi-Fi and wired limitations?

Yes, you can create a mesh between AP 515 and RAP 303HR or between 2 RAP 303HR APs.

One thing to realize is that for mesh the radio's (typical the 5GHz) will need to run on the same channel, which reduces the wireless capacity on that channel. Not sure what type of wired limitations you would think of, except of course that the wireless mesh link might have a slower connection speed and slightly more latency than a 1Gbps full-duplex wired connection.
